- Answer inquiries, personally show property, screen & select tenants
- Complete Tenancy Agreement forms with owner's approval of any additional terms and conditions
- Collect pet/security deposits and forward to owner
- Complete move-in / move-out condition inspections with tenants
- If a tenant I place moves within 180 days (6 months), the next placement fee will be waived to re-rent property.
